Perfect service, bikes are in optimal condition (as good as new), very kindly person's at counter. RABike was the best choice out of 4 E-Bike rentals on island Rab which we compared to each other. The family-owned company has its own repair station and you can recognize easily that they really know what they are doing there. The shop and workshop where perfect clean and you can also by stuff you need for bikes. Very nice and friendly service, like it is hard to find this days. They also gave us advice about the nature and good spots around. The bikes where perfect clean, very new model GIANT FATHOM (one from this year one from last year) and equipped with small lights, locks and helmets are included in the price. The batteries where in very good condition. We rode 78km with highest motor support mostly in the woods and there where still a little power left. If you rent a bike over night you will get the battery-charger as well. We could watch the owner, bringing other customers a new tire and mounting it, as they had a puncture by sting out in the woods - very good service. Thanks a lot - continue so!
